These Terms govern your use of therollerstone.com and any purchase of jewellery from The Rollerstone. Please read them carefully before ordering.

“The Rollerstone”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this website and the seller of products offered on it. We design and sell made-to-order sterling silver jewellery online.
Related policies: Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping, and Returns.
By browsing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy and Cookie policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page on the date you place an order applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal capacity in your country) to place an order. You are responsible for keeping account login details confidential and for activity under your account.
Membership benefits, loyalty tiers, and welcome offers (where available) are subject to eligibility rules shown at signup, in your account, and at checkout. Offers do not combine unless we expressly say so.
Unless stated otherwise, our jewellery is made to order in solid 925 sterling silver, with finish options (for example polished, oxidised, or gold plated) as shown on the product page. Because pieces are finished when you order, slight variations in finish, patina, or hand-finished detail are normal and not defects.
Product images, colours, and dimensions on screen are illustrative. We aim for accurate descriptions; if something material is wrong, please contact us before or after ordering and we will help.
Production typically begins after payment is confirmed. Lead time is generally around 2 business days before dispatch, unless a product page states otherwise. Peak periods may take longer; we will communicate delays where we can.
Adding items to your cart is not an order. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance — usually by order confirmation email and/or when payment is successfully captured through our payment provider (Stripe).
We may decline or cancel an order if, for example:
If we cancel after payment, we will refund amounts paid for the cancelled items.
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site (for example GBP). Taxes, duties, and shipping are shown at checkout where applicable. International customers may be responsible for import charges imposed by their country.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.
Discount codes, welcome offers, guest or member rates, quantity bundles, and loyalty tiers are subject to their stated rules (including first-order only, membership status, expiry, and usage limits). Unless we state otherwise, only the single best available offer applies — promotions do not stack.
We may withdraw or change promotions, and we may remove a discount if it was applied in error or used contrary to its terms.
Delivery options, costs, and estimated times are shown at checkout. Free standard delivery may apply above a threshold — see Shipping and checkout for current details.
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provide (or collected from a carrier location you choose). Please check tracking and report non-delivery promptly so we can investigate with the carrier.
Because many pieces are made to order, you should contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel before production starts. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging, subject to our Returns policy. Personalised or engraved items may be non-returnable except where faulty or not as described.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015) for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Where personalisation is offered, you are responsible for checking spelling and character limits before checkout. We engrave the text you submit (subject to allowed characters). We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied text once production has started.
You must not submit text that is unlawful, infringing, or offensive. We may refuse or cancel personalisation that we reasonably believe breaches this rule.
All website content, branding, product photography, designs, and materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and use the site for personal shopping only. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or commercially exploit our content or designs without prior written permission.
You agree not to:
We may suspend access or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect misuse.
We take care to provide the site and fulfil orders diligently. The site is provided on an “as available” basis; occasional downtime or interruptions may occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), or for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Jewellery care: sterling silver may naturally tarnish; follow care guidance on our site or product materials. Normal wear, improper care, or modification after delivery is not covered as a manufacturing fault.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or EU/EEA, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of your local law and courts.
